Toronto Sights, Sounds and Hotels
The Edwards Gardens is a magnificent 35-acres of land that flows into one of Toronto’s most visited ravines, with footpaths that wind through handsome floral displays and rock gardens. From the entrance, which is at the southwest corner of Leslie Street and Lawrence Avenue East, stroll south through Wilket Creek Park and the Don River valley, and then under the Don Valley Parkway and along Massey Creek, until you reach the southern tip of Taylor Creek Park on Victoria Park Avenue.
Toronto's Edwards Gardens provides a glorious afternoon escape right in the middle of Toronto. It's a good few hours walk, but you can catch the subway from Victoria Park Avenue back to your choice of the brilliant Toronto hotels.
